Coaching targeted to develop real multi‑crew behaviours — communication, monitoring,

leadership and decision‑making — not just task completion.

Airline Operations Immersion

This is a complete, gate-to-gate flight conducted in real time and fully representative of line

operations. Using our proprietary Infinity ACT Crew Resource Management (CRM)

development framework, the course places particular emphasis on the assessment and

development of non-technical competencies critical for teamwork, communication, workload

management, situational awareness, and leadership.

To accurately reflect real-world airline operations, the flight deck is managed exactly as it

would be in line operations, with access to comprehensive operational flight plans (OFPs),

charts, performance calculation tools, and other resources routinely used in commercial

service.

This is enhanced with the - first in the world “AI” - real time ATC, weather and traffic

providing a realistic insight into airline flying and decision‑making.
