Helping All Airline Crew
At Flightdeck One, we support neurodiverse crew members across aviation not just pilots.
We understand that neurodiversity brings strengths, not weaknesses. But we also know the industry isn’t always built with different learning styles, communication needs, or processing differences in mind.
That’s where we help.
Through mentoring, one-to-one support, and a calm, judgement-free approach, we help neurodiverse crew build confidence, develop strategies that work for them, and stay focused on their end goal whether that’s exams, progression, or simply feeling comfortable and supported in their role.
Different brains. Same destination.
And no one should feel they have to do it alone.
Flight Crew Mentor Course – 5 Hours | £225
My 5-hour Flight Crew Mentor Course is designed for pilots and aspiring flight crew who want real-world guidance, not generic box-ticking advice. This is a one-to-one, supportive course focused on confidence, decision-making, workload management, communication, and the mindset required to operate safely and professionally in the flight deck environment. Drawing on my experience as an airline pilot, TRI, and instructor, I tailor each session to you whether you’re struggling with confidence, transitioning between training stages, returning after a break, or simply wanting clarity and direction. This isn’t about passing exams; it’s about developing the habits, thinking, and professionalism that make a competent, resilient flight crew member.
““This course was genuinely life-changing for me. As someone who is neurodivergent, I’ve always worried that I wouldn’t ‘fit’ the cabin crew mould, but this mentoring made me realise that my differences are actually strengths. Simon explained everything clearly, without pressure or judgement, and tailored the sessions to how I learn. We worked through confidence, communication, interview preparation, and managing sensory overload and anxiety in a cabin environment. For the first time, I felt understood rather than corrected. I finished the course believing in myself and feeling prepared, not just for recruitment but for the reality of the role. I would recommend this to anyone who has ever felt overlooked or doubted themselves.””
